Established in 1996, Comhouse is a not for profit, community sector based maintenance service provider. We have over 250 contractors in all the trades needed to provide a full maintenance service to all our members.

Because of the economies of scale and relationships that we have built with our contractors we are able to provide our service at a most competitive and quality controlled cost.
